What IS that??

Don't despair, my sink hasn't been taken over by green snake monsters. :-) That's just my first harvest of kale!! Now I'm off to dry it, chop it, and turn it into delicious kale chips. Mmmmmmm.
Kale Chips
1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 Tbsp kosher salt
1 Tbsp ground pepper
1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper
3 Tbsp olive oil
2 bunches kale, rinsed with stems removed
Cut the kale into 1 to 2 inch pieces. Mix vinegar, oil and seasonings in a large bowl, then add kale and mix by hand, trying to get all the leaves covered. Place on baking sheets and bake at 350F until they are crispy. This takes about 15-25 minutes. If after 20 minutes they are not sizzling a bit or getting a littly crispy, turn up the oven to 400F.
