WIwW: The Dress

The weather sure doesn't make me feel like it, but I'm trying to hold onto a mental "cute" vibe today. Nothing fancy, but just a new dress and my favorite belt. Now bring back the sunshine Mr. Weatherman. (And goodness gracious, do I REALLY need to focus on my camera work. Grr)
