Is not filled with fruit and surrounded by a flaky pastry crust, but is instead spread with fresh marinara, sprinkled with cheeses, topped with oil and basil, and baked in an extremely hot coal oven.
I'm declaring it now, this is the best pizza I've ever eaten. Lucky for me, it's from the South Brooklyn Pizza company that just opened a block from our apartment. I'm in a state of happy tummy bliss.
