Burn Baby, Burn
Anyone else ever notice how increasing your exercise habits causes you to burn the midnight oil? It's 12:29 in the morning, and somehow, I'm still awake. For ordinary people, this is not all together too surprising. But for people who wake up at 5:45am to walk in the door to work by 7am, this is a problem. When is it that I sleep these days? Oh that's right, I don't. Things are so busy that I'm just running out of time! I have to admit though, this somewhat new found energy is great. If this is what consistently working out really does for my well being, I'm game. Sign me up for another 5,000 steps/day. But I'll save describing more on that adventure for another post. Right now I'm off to make some tea in hopes of sleep in the next hour. Otherwise, you might not want to be around me come tomorrow evening when I crash hardcore zombie-style. Wink, wink.

Sounds like everyone had a hard time sleeping last night! I had the woooorst dreams the kept waking me up.
Congrats on all this exercising you've been doing! You're already a hot mama in my eyes... ;)
Hey! me, too. I've been wide awake come bedtime... !! Stupid exercise. :)
Zombie twins!
Just to be different (read: a pain in the ass), I will comment that I slept quite well last night, AND, I went to the gym too!
Then again, I once slept through an earthquake, so I wouldn't use me as an accurate baseline.
My studying is done on Saturday morning when SoapNet shows 3 consecutive episodes of vintage 90210.
Needless to say, I remain unconcerned. My only worry is that you have better access to Lisa to sneak a peek at the quiz beforehand.
