Disaster Strikes
After just spending the last 6 hours dealing with 3" of water all over my basement floor, I'm exhausted. This is NOT how I intended to spend my quiet Friday evening after a very long week at work. Please homeownership Gods, between the broken water heater 2 weeks ago, and the flooded basement/broken sum pump tonight, can you please go easy on me for the next few months? Many Thanks.

What a total pain in the butt! Our pipes back up in the basement from time to time, but we've never had a mini lake. Here's to a high and dry rest of 2009, lady.
You just knew BZ's home-brewing hobby was going to somehow cause a disaster!
