Holey Goodness!

I stumbled upon this simple bread recipe a few days ago in the New York Times. It seemed easy enough, so I gave it a try. The bread needs about 18 hours to rise and I finished baking it today. Good graciousness, I've never tasted something so awesome. This bread is AMAZING. And soooooooo easy to make. I think substitutions could even be made for Whole Wheat flour to make it a little healthier. I'm so excited to not buy anymore store bought bread! Seriously, if you try nothing else, try this recipe.
